Actress, Toyin Aimakhu’s ex-lover, Seun Egbegbe was allegedly caught and beaten up this morning after he tried to run away with brand new  iPhones he  stole from a shop at the computer village, in  Lagos. Below is a report from PorscheClassy.

According an eyewitness,  Egbegbe came inside Computer village with some guys in a jeep around 10:30am pretending that he wanted to buy 7 iPhone 6s and 2 iPhone 7 mobile phones. Egbegbe, went into the phone store ‘Kaalcech Innovations and Consultancy’ located on number 9 medical road, computer village, Ikeja and requested for nine iPhones, he pretended to be ready for payment after the phones were delivered to him only for him to elope into the waiting cab before the the sales girl screamed for help. The noise which attracted sympathizers, helped as they gave Egbegbe a hot chase and eventually caught up with him before he could find his way out of computer village.

The angry mob pounced on him and gave him the beating of his life before the store’s MD, Mr Kolawole Aleshinloye quickly informed the police who came and whisked him away to Area F Police station where he’s currently been detained.

Prior to this bizarre incident, Seun Egbegbe claimed to be a movie maker, and even threatened his ex lover Toyin Aimakhu that he would make sure no movie maker employed her, before friends intervened and helped them settle the matter amicably.

This is so ridiculous, I’m thinking it is a scene from an upcoming movie or something like that.It has to be!

Toyin Aimakhu lifts the lid on her rumoured romance with Seun Egbegbe

Light-skinned actress, Toyin Aimakhu, has finally lifted the
lid on her rumoured relationship with Seun Egbegbe, the CEO of Ebony Films.
Reports of a blossoming romance between the Alakada star and the socialite went
viral shortly after the above picture of the duo surfaced online.
The movie producer
in an exclusive chat with BestofNollywood.tv, however denied the claims
maintaining that they have been friends for more than a decade and no strings
are attached to their relationship.

//
“Seun Egbegbe has been my friend for over 12
years now, anyone can feel free to say what ever they want. Seun is my friend
and I confide in him a great deal. If people want to judge by the pictures they
see they would be misled. Everyone knows I’m a  playful person by nature.
And I take very suggestive pictures even more with Afeez Eniola and co than
anyone else.

//

Contrary to speculations that I live with Seun, he stays in Ikeja and I live on the Island. I can not deny that I come to
see him occasionally. What most people did not realize was that when I had my
trauma, I had just very true people that stood by me. Seun Egbegbe was one of
them.”
 She explained.

Prior to Toyin’s denial, Seun Egbegbe when asked by Global Excellence Magazine if he is considering settling down with the thespian  said, “I’m
looking at that area. We may decide to marry. It has been awesome in my life
within the short period of time Toyin and I have been together again. Even for
Toyin herself, her career has been on high tempo. I’m sure we are meant to be
together as partners.”

I Can Die For PDP: Toyin Aimakhu reacts to backlash

Actress Toyin Aimakhu has reacted to negative comments targeted at her after proclaiming that she can die for her favourite party, PDP few days ago.
The fair-skinned thespian made the statement during President Goodluck Jonathan’s meeting with some 5,000 youths on March1st, 2015 at the Eko Hotels&Suites, Lagos.
In a press statement released today,Toyin who was the compere of the event tagged “Meet The President” stated that she was only being sarcastic that it is pathetic for anyone to take her word seriously.

Our country has given its citizens the right to freedom of speech and right to vote and be voted for, I’m most definitely not an exception. As of 1999, Nigeria has about 29 political parties, allowing every citizen to choose at their own free will. It is then left to us not to undermine the decision or choices of others as it is loathsome.

We live in a world where people take pleasure in bringing other people down. I feel obliged to address the matter of me dying for the PDP.
Firstly, no one is dying for anyone and the last time I checked only Jesus had died for us with no strings attached or money promised to his family when he’s gone. He died to save us all. Having pointed that out, I will like to say, I will not , in any way, for no reason whatsoever, die for a person or a political party.
Secondly, I personally feel it is pathetic for anyone to take my word literally when it was simply a joke. As a successful Nollywood actress, it is not unusual for people in my line of work to use the phrase ‘ha baba, walai mo love yin gaan mo le ku fun yin ni sir’ with smiles on their faces.
This was me, just doing my job as a host of the event, trying to be funny, which by the way, worked. It is absurd to take my word out of context.
Furthermore, my choices, should however in no way be a channel for condemnation. Celebrities and public figures, just like every other people, are allowed to campaign, vote and support whomever and however we please.
As many great political parties we have, we cannot vote for them all. It is a one man, one vote society. I love everyone as best as I can, most especially my fans ,make your choice, respect the choice of others, let it be, and most especially, do not allow the choice of others affect yours.
In conclusion, let’s try to help others grow and support them. Don’t let the success of others make you feel resentment against them or envious, simply learn from them and strive to do better.
I wish everyone safe, free and fair election.” She wrote.
