Nigeria’s Minister of Petroleum Resources,Diezani Alison-Madueke, has become the first female president of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). She was assumed the position today November 27th 2014 at the ongoing 166th General Meeting of the body in Vienna, Austria.
