19 year-old undergraduate, Feyisekemi Akinwale has been named the winner of the 2013 edition of the Next Movie Star reality show. The Ondo state indigene ousted Adebolu, Odefa, Shikuyele and Chimeziewho, the first, second, third and fourth runners up to win the coveted prize; a brand new SUV, cash prize and movie roles.

“I wasn’t expecting this at all. I just threw myself into the show believing that God’s will shall be done. Now, God’s will has been done. I am just too excited to say much now.” The elated French student declared.

Created by Sola Fajobi’s Digital Interactive Media and now in its 8th edition, a roll call of celebrities that have featured in the past editions of the show include Tonto Dikeh, Adams Ibrahim, Uti Nwachukwu, Karen Igho, Annie Idibia, Tamara Eteimo, Lydia Forson to mention a few.
