Flying Eagles players visit children at New Plymouth Hospital.

I hope they will also do this when they return to Nigeria. As part of their community service organised by the local organizing committee for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand, Flying Eagles players visited the children’s ward of the New Plymouth Hospital.
They spent quality time with the ailing children, played football, signed autographs, posed for photographs and donated cash to them.
Spotted at the hospital were Kelechi Iheanacho, Taiwo Awoniyi, Chidera Eze, Bernard Bulbwa and Izu Omego.
“I like children and so I was happy to come and put a smile on the faces of some of them who are ill. I hope they all get well quickly and return to school.”  Iheanacho said.
