Spanish outfit, Real Madrid have for the third year running retained the top spot on Forbes’ list of the 50 most valuable sports teams in the world. Barcelona ($3.16 b) and Manchester United ($3.10) were also included in the top five. The world’s 50 most valuable teams are worth an average US$1.75 billion, up 31 per cent from 2014 according to Forbes.
