Roll call of players at the event include Wayne Rooney who displayed his singing prowess. Others include Ryan Giggs, Robin Van Persie, Marouane Fellaini, Anders Lindeegad, Adnan Januzaj, Radamel Falcao, Ashley Young, Juan Mata, Johnny Evans, David de Gea, Luke Shaw, Di Maria and the likes.

Goal celebration: Robin Van Persie replies Louis Van Gaal

Manchester United star, ‎Robin Van Persie has reacted to a statement made by his boss, Louis Van Gaal as regards his late equalizer celebration during the Red Devils’ clash with Chelsea on Sunday.

Earlier this week, Manchester United boss labelled the 31-year-old’s reaction after netting the goal, stupid and not so smart.

“You have seen he did a stupid reaction after the goal. You can be excited, but you don’t have to pull of your shirt as you know it is a yellow card. It is not so smart.”

RVP admitted that he was so carried away with the goal that he forgot about the rules.
“I know it’s one of the rules that you have to keep your shirt on, but sometimes you forget and everything comes together and the whole place explodes.
“It was one of those fantastic moments and the main thing is that we got something out of this game because we deserved it.
“It was a big relief for the fans, for the players and for everyone at Manchester United that we got the goal in the end. The whole stadium exploded and it gave us a big boost.”

Few months back and even a month ago, some Manchester United fans flew banners over Old Trafford trolling Steven Gerrard on his title drought and even their former Manager, David Moyes. See who’s doing the same to them- Manchester City. I bet Steven Gerrard and David Moyes are still having some quality laugh.

Shortly before their game against Chelsea, some City fans flew a banner over Etihad stadium to mock the Red Devils’ loss to the newly-promoted Leicester. The message on the banner reads “United we fall – in cinemas soon”

Mancity pls watch your back, the Red Devils’ fans will surely come for you.

Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly wants 'Real' move.

Real Madrid talisman, Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly fed up with his club and could move back to England, either to his former club, Manchester United or Manchester City, former Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon claims .

According to the latter, CR7 who moved from Old Trafford Manchester for £80 million in 2009 is dissatisfied with Real Madrid’s current policy, then Xabi Alonso and Angel Di Maria’s exit also didn’t help matters.

“My impression is he is fed up with the policy of the current president. When he came to Real Madrid with Arjen Robben he thought he would be a good colleague for him in the team but then Robben was sold. Two years ago it was Gonzalo Higuain sold and he didn’t like that. Last year he thought it was a mistake to let Mesut Ozil leave and the last straw was selling Xabi Alonso and Angel Di Maria this summer.” Calderon told Talksport.

Manchester United fans don’t let go easily. We have proofs. And whatever Stephen Gerrard has done to offend them must be larger than life. A couple of Red Devils’ fans were spotted with tshirts trolling the Liverpool ace today. The shirts are actually on sale outside Old Trafford ahead of Man Utd’s game with Swansea City.
Recall that shortly after the season ended few months back, these cheeky supporters flew a Manchester United 20 Gerrard 0 banner over Anfield to remind him of his trophyless days at the English club.
The inscription on the new tshirt reads, “Ever slipped or fallen at work? S.Gerrard helpline….’ (drawn from Gerrard’s slip during Liverpool’s clash with Chelsea).
But then we thought it ended there. Only God knows what else is in store for the poor soul.

Cristiano Ronaldo hits back at Wayne Rooney, "One player is not a team."

Don’t get it wrong. This has nothing to do with Portugal’s defeat yesterday. It all started during an interview with Manchester United star, Wayne Rooney on his preparations for the World Cup. He stated that unlike his former team mate Cristiano Ronaldo, he’s not driven by personal glory, rather he is after team success.

”I’m not a player who needs a legacy like Cristiano, he has to have that. I’m more about winning as a team. You can see how he is. He wants his moments. It’s more important for me to win trophies as a team. I’ve won PFA Player of the Year, which is nowhere near as good as winning a trophy with Manchester United. I’ve not won anything this year, so hopefully I can do that now.”

Responding to his comments, the Portugal player said he’s has nothing to show anyone. “Look at my statistics and my CV – I have nothing to prove. My career has been great so far and I just want that to continue. But I believe that one player is not a team. I am here to help the team. I am an additional player and I can make a difference, but I can’t carry the team on my back.” He added.
