Brazil's Kaka is the highest paid footballer in MLS.

Former Real Madrid player, Kaka has emerged the highest paid footballer in Major League Soccer.  The Brazilian leapfrogged Italian Sebastian Giovinco to top the league’s charts. Other prominent names featured in the list which was released by the MLS Players Union include Gerrard, Lampard, Pirlo, Drogba, Higuain to mention a few.

Former Real Madrid midfielder Kaka (right) feels Cristiano Ronaldo deserves 'more respect' from fans 
Former Real Madrid player, Kaka has appealed to Los Blancos fans to accord Cristiano Ronaldo more respect. Ronaldo has been at the receiving end of criticisms from fans this season despite his achievements for the club and Kaka , who won the FIFA Ballon d’or award once thinks the personal attacks from fans are unfair.
‘Cristiano is a great
player, I am not just talking about his quality, but in terms of what he has
contributed to Madrid. I would like to see the fans have more respect for
Cristiano for what he has done for this club. ‘Sometimes I hear whistles
against Cristiano and it’s not good after all he has done.’ The Brazilian who played for the club between 2009 and 2013 maintained.
