Dynamo Kiev to play 3 European matches in an empty stadium for racist attacks against Chelsea.

UEFA has ordered Dynamo Kiev to play two home games in an empty
stadium after racist attacks on fans at a Champions League match.
A footage of an attack on 4 black fans at the match between the
two sides on October 20, 2015 was sent to the Football’s European
anti-discrimination body Football Against Racism in Europe (FARE).
A UEFA statement read: “Dynamo Kiev has been
ordered to play their next three UEFA competition matches as host club behind
closed doors. The third match is suspended for a probationary period of three
years.”

The club has also been fined 100,000 Euros. Their third match will
also be played under closed doors.
