Lens’ Midfielder, Benjamin Bourigeaurd was attacked by fans of the club while he was defending his close friend, Baptiste Guillaume. Benjamin was out with Baptiste who had just moved from Lens to rival club – Lille when fans approached them. The fans attacked Baptiste and Benjamin tried to defend him. The 21year old midfielder will have to undergo a surgery on a hand injury suffered.
