The Super Eagles of Nigeria have crashed out of AFCON 2017 qualifiers after they lost lost 1-0 to the Pharaohs of Egypt this evening at the Alexandria stadium. Nigeria were held to a 1-1 draw in Kaduna on Friday and they needed at least 2 goals to make it to the next round but sadly they were eliminated by the guests. 

A goal from Egypt’s Ramadan at the 65th minute of the game stopped Nigeria from making an appearance at the African Cup of Nations 2017 which is to be hosted by Gabon.
