Nigerian flag designer, Pa Taiwo Akinkunmi was amongst the 313 citizens who were conferred with National honours by President Goodluck Jonathan for exemplary conduct few days ago. The retired civil servant also got an automatic employment as he was appointed a Special Assistant, with a salary for life.
