Nigeria’s Dream Team won their first medal, a Bronze at the Rio Olympics after a 3-2 win over Honduras last night. Meanwhile, Japanese business mogul, Katsuya Takasu who pledged to give the squad a  $10,000 bonus for winning the bronze medal has fulfilled his promise.

He presented a $190k cheque to Mikel Obi and $200k cheque to Samson Siasia, a total of $390k.
