When Stanley Ipogah, a final year student of the Lagos State University woke up in the morning of January 28th, 2015, little did he know death was lurking somewhere…on the road.

According to reports, he was standing at Iba bus-stop along Iba-Igando expressway, Lagos that fateful day when a DHL truck knocked him down. He was quickly rushed to a nearby hospital but was declared Brought In Dead (BID).

The driver reportedly tried to flee the scene but was stopped by irate LASU students who seized the truck. Stanley’s brother, John who rushed to the scene and took pictures stopped the students from burning the truck.

DHL allegedly denied ownership of the truck when contacted by his family members. “The family is demanding justice for Stanley, our lawyers have written to DHL, why will they deny their truck.” A family source added
