Arsenal/Germany midfielder, Mesut Ozil just like the Algerian team when they reached the second round of the Brazil 2014 tournament has donated his World Cup winnings to the troubled people of Gaza; a whooping sum of £350,000 [$600,000].

The former Real Madrid player’s winnings are in two categories; the £237,000 bonus he received for helping Germany win the final, and the £118,000 he received for Germany’s semi- final win.
