READ SERGIO RAMOS' COMMENT ON GARETH BALE

Expecting a negative comment? Nope, not here. Real Madrid defender, Sergio Ramos has expressed his shock at ex- Tottenham star, Gareth Bale's talent.

Less than a month after the Welshman moved to Spain and barely a week after he joined his team mates in training, the spaniard said he has been unbelievably impressive, adding that he never knew he was that good because Bale never played for a team in England that was in the UEFA Champions League.

"We know if the coach wanted him that strongly he must be a good player but nobody was prepared for how special he is. It has only been a few training sessions we have seen him in but some of what we see we can't believe. He is so fast, so tricky, and the frightening thing is that he is not even 100 percent game fit yet.

POPULAR FASHION BRANDS GUILTY OF RACISM UNVEILED

Renowned fashion brands; Celine, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Chanel, Armani, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Roberto Cavalli, Victoria Beckham and Marc by Marc Jacobs have been accused of racism. Simply put, the aforementioned brands do not employ black models in their runway shows and campaigns. This act has really generated a lot of controversy in the fashion industry.

Popular brand Iman, famous model, Naomi campbell and model agent Bethann Hardison are some of the people who are hugely against it. They have flagged off a campaign to raise awareness and end runway racism. Forming a group called Diversity Coalition, the trio have sent open letters to major fashion councils in New York, London, Milan and Paris to support them on the issue.

Speaking on Channel 4 news yesterday on the racism issue, Naomi Campbell stated, "What we are asking for is that you are chosen based on your talent, on your beauty. Not on the colour of your skin."

"The absence of people of color on the runways and photography reinforces to our young girls that they're not beautiful enough, that they're not acceptable enough," Iman told CNN.

She continued, "The diversity that we live in, the world that we live in, is not what is shown on the runway. That to me is the concern. It's a bigger issue at large than just about runway and models."

ACTOR BEN AFFLECK REACTS TO BATMAN CAST PROTEST

Been waiting for his reaction for ages. The Hollywood has a word or few sentences for those staging protest and dropping petitions to reject him as Batman. Speaking with Jimmy Fallon on a US talk show, the Argo star said he saw it coming and had even been warned ahead.

"They called me up and said, 'Do you wanna do this?' And I thought, 'Well, I'm not 25, man. Are you sure about this?

They said Listen, we want to talk to you because people go through this process and it can be trying. I said, 'What do you mean?' 'We want to show you some of the reactions that past people who have been cast have gotten, like on the internet and stuff.'"

The award-winning actor continued, "They send me [reactions for] people who were in these movies who did a great job and they'd say, 'Kill himmmm! You can't say that before a movie comes out. It doesn't matter what you think then, it matters what you think when you see the movie."

On how he was able to handle the protest, he said, "I'm a big boy. They said just don't use the internet for a couple of days… I handle s**t. I'm very tough. I saw the announcement, I look down on the first comment … the first one just goes, 'Nooooooooo!.
