KHLOE KARDASHIAN FILES FOR DIVORCE

Khloe and Lamar

Few months after her mother Kris Jenner called it quits with her husband Bruce, Khloe Kardashian has filed for divorce from her basketballer husband, Lamar Odom. The marriage which has in the past few months been under accusations of infidelity, drug use lasted for four years.

Khloe according to radaronline will be entitled to $500,000 for each year married to Lamar, retain the couple’s $4 million Tarzana, Calif, mansion and also keep her $1million engagement ring amongst other gifts given to her by Lamar.

CHIMAMANDA ADICHIE FEATURED IN BEYONCE'S LATEST ALBUM

Music meets Art. They are all connected you know. The first question that crept up was, Can Chimamanda sing? Or what else is Beyonce associated with if not music. Linking the two was a little difficult. Not a few of Beyonce’s fans were surprised when she released her new album “Beyonce” early today on iTunes. There was no prior announcement. It’s her Christmas gift to the world…..I guess.

Back to the award-winning novelist. So one of Chimamanda’s speeches, this particular one centres on feminism and the roles of women in the society was used in one of the 32 tracks. Chimamanda is just phenomenal. This is coming less than few months after the her popular novel, “Half of a Yellow Sun” was premiered in the UK.

May God save our veteran actors. Was about asking for updates on Pa Kasunmu’s health when this sad news filtered in. Veteran actor, Olumide Bakare is down with a heart-related ailment and needs our prayers and assistance.

The dark-skinned role interpreter who was recently discharged from a hospital told reporters he’s been weak and cannot do anything much. “I’ve also not been able to work for a while now as a result of this illness, so I’m calling on well-meaning Nigerians for support.” He added.

Anybody can be a policewoman? The big deal about this particular one right? She's an actress.lol. Don't mind me. Regular celeb pictures don't really intrigue me, especially no-makeup pictures. What however fascinated me about this particular one is that the actress/producer is donning an unconventional costume. Pictures like this make news for me. So Uche Jombo-Rodriguez has my 10/10 over this. I'm sure she was on location or something.

Talk about choosing between cash and country. The Iranian FA has offered to pay Diego Maradona a whooping sum of $100,000 to wear Iran shirt during Argentina game at World Cup 2014.

Sorry but the Argentine legend I've always known will not fall for this massively tempting offer.

Deemed the most famous man in Argentina, his chances of accepting that weird offer is slimmer than a piece of paper! And I'm sure he has a word for the proponents.lol….

ELVIS CHUCKS, OBY EDOZIEH GET N1M HOMEVIDA AWARDS

There's nothing as wonderful as seeing films that invoke emotions from worldwide audience or promote good causes. You never let such go. For producing films that convey profound social messages, seasoned actors, Elvis Chuks and Oby Edozieh-Okorigwe have won N1m each and awards for themselves. The films, Victim of the Society and Save Our Souls was recently recognized by organizers of the Home Video Awards (HOMEVIDA).

"Friends thanks for voting, Advocacy cancer movie save our souls won

Homevida awards/one million naira, the real challenge is to produce quality, not quantity". Oby posted on her facebook page. Another film which was also acknowledged is Married but Living Single, produced by Kalejaiye Adeboye Paul.

YEMI SAX, PAUL OKOYE SHARE LOVELY FAMILY PICTURES

Nigerian leading saxophonist Yemi Sax and A-list musician Paul Psquare Okoye have shared their recent family picture. I'm sure Yemi has a lot to be thankful for this year, he tied the knot, his pretty wife Sola gave birth to a lovely child and lots more. Same thing goes with Paul, enough shows this year and an handsome baby boy. Anita Isama and Paul are yet to tie the knot so I think it's ok to give them the family tag. They are making it official next year. 🙂
