MORE MONEY IN THE BANK! DIDIER DROGBA SEALS GOLD BUSINESS

I know footballers venture in a lot of businesses; hotels, property, education and the likes, but Gold business is quite rare. Ivory Coast international, Didier Drogba has sealed a deal with Ity Mines Cooperation; an Ivory Coast-based Gold mine. Although he acquired 5% shares last year, the ex Chelsea star made the deal official few days ago.

The 35-year-old Galatarasay striker launched his Didier Drogba Group (DDG) business venture last year. His company was set up to participate in local investments and providing job opportunities for youths in Ivory Coast.

N100 FOR KIDNEY: PA KASUNMU GETS DONOR

Who says it doesn't pay to do good? So I was listening to radio (Classic FM) this morning and heard the news of a man who has volunteered to donate his kidney to ailing movie veteran, Kayode Odumosu who we all refer to as Pa Kasunmu.

The decision was borne out of the actor's charitable gesture towards him many years ago. He recounted the day he approached Pa Kasunmu when he was completely stranded at Fadeyi bus stop, Lagos; the actor dipped his hand into his pocket and gave him N100- which apparently was a life saver. He learnt about his condition in the media and has decided to pay him back by donating his kidney. Let's just pray it matches Pa Kasunmu's.
