The city of Ibadan will be thrown agog as another exciting edition of self-styled Comedian of the Federal Republic (CFR), Gbenga Adeyinka, Gbenga Adeyinka’s comedy concert, is set to hold. This year’s edition of the Laffmattaz would he headlined by award winning international artiste, 2face idibia.
 
Tagged, ‘The Evolution’ with Gbenga Adeyinka and Friends, the fun-packed events will hold on Easter Sunday, April 20th 2014 at the Jogor Centre, Ibadan, Oyo State. A list of musicians billed to perform at the show will come up later.

Maverick producer and musician, Cobhams Asuquo turned 33 on the 6th of January. He celebrated his birthday on the 12th of January with an intimate dinner in the company of his wife Ojuola Asuquo and some of his close friends. The event took place at the swanky Primi Piatti restaurant in Lekki and had in attendance some of the biggest names in entertainment including Banky W, Waje, Omawumi, Timi Dakolo, Tosin Martins, Toolz, Oscar Oyinsan, Tosyn Bucknor, Buki Izeogu, Schulzz, Wana Udobang, Dotun and others.

In a toast, Cobhams thanked his guests for being part of his celebration. "This happens to be one of my best birthdays ever because I'm celebrating it among friends," he shared. "I have a personal relationship with everyone in this room on an individual basis and I'm so happy that our relationship extends beyond the profession that brings us together." Music star Omawumi also gave a touching toast to the respected producer.

"I BELONG TO CHELSEA"- JOSE MOURINHO PLEDGES COMMITTMENT TO THE BLUES

Seems Chelsea owner, Abrahimovic's tradition of sacking players is about to stop or probably be suspended. The Blues' current Manager, Jose Mourinho has committed his future to Stamford Bridge. In an interview conducted by the London Evening Standard newspaper, the Portuguese said he will only leave if the club decides to send him off.

"I'm not here thinking about my next move because I don't want to have a next move. I will have a next move if and when Chelsea decides it's time for that.

I'm here to stay. I belong to Chelsea, Chelsea belong to me. I gave a lot to Chelsea in the past but they also gave a lot to me." He stated.

The ex Madrid boss who was in charge of the club from 2004 to 2007 helped Chelsea win their first Premier League title (and back-back) one FA Cup and two League Cup triumphs. He left Spanish club, Real Madrid for Chelsea last year.

"The success I had in my career gave me the possibility to choose my destiny. When I made the decision I didn't know if Chelsea would be available and if the door would be open but when it did, the picture was perfect for me." He concluded.

Well deserved honour! If I were to gauge public opinion, the credibility of the FIFA Ballon d’Or award will be affected if Cristiano Ronaldo did not win the 2013 Ballon d’Or award.
