Angelina jolie reportedly files for divorce from Brad Pitt

A shocking thing has happened. Who would have thought one of the most adorable couples in Hollywood would break up?

Famous couple, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt who have been going through rough patches in their marriage are going their separate ways.

The actress reportedly filed for divorce yesterday September 19, 2016 from her husband of 2 years whom she dated for 10 years. She cited irreconcilable differences and asked for the physical custody of their 12 children. Other speculated reasons for the divorce include Cheating and bad parenting style.


“This decision was
made for the health of the family. She will not be commenting.”

Actor, Pa Kasunmu suffers health relapse

Veteran
actor, Kayode Odumosu, popularly called Pa Kasunmu who has been battling with a
heart related ailment since 2013 and was recuperating has suffered a health
relapse, PUNCH has learnt. The 63-year-old who visited India recently for
evaluation however hopes to raise funds for proper treatment.
“I
spent just nine days in India. I thought that I would receive full treatment.
But when I got there, they told me that it was for evaluation. Then they asked
me to come back after two months.
Later,
after I had recovered from the illness, I started thinking about how to get
funds for my second journey to India. But I couldn’t find my international
passport and that of the nurse that accompanied me on the first trip.”

He also
added that his eye sight was worse than two years ago. “I see double and images are always blurred.”

This new channel for Sky customers in the UK will bring the latest and best Rok Studios produced TV shows, movies and magazine shows to Sky customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Rok on Sky will be available as a free-to-view channel for all Sky subscribers – that’s around 10 million homes in the UK. Showing awesome originals, such as Single Ladies, Banks Chronicles and Bloodline, as well as some of the most recent smash hit movies including Walking Away, Aso Ebi and Forever, the channel will be programmed and scheduled in-house from the teams in Lagos and London.

I was robbed but they didn’t steal my sense of humour – Basketmouth

Popular comedian, Bright Okpocha, fondly called Basketmouth
who was robbed at his residence in the early hours of Wednesday morning is
thankful that he and his family members were not harmed and most importantly,
his sense of humour wasn’t taken away.

Confirming the incident on his Instagram page, the
award-winning humour merchant said, “Yes I was robbed, yes they made away with a
lot of valuables…….the great thing is that they didn’t steal my sense of
humour. Myself, my wife and kids were not harmed, so we thank God. Big thanks
to everyone that reached out, may God bless you abundantly.”

AY's 30 Days In Atlanta recognized by the 2017 Guinness World Records

Comedian, Ayo ‘AY’ Makun’s comedy flick, 30 Days In Atlanta has been recognised by the 2017 Guinness World Records as one of the films with the highest domestic gross in the territories of Bollywood, Nollywood and Hollywood. The record breaking movies listed are ‘PK’ from India, ’30 Days In Atlanta’ from Nigeria and ‘Star Wars’ From The United States of America.
This is the first time ever that the Nigerian film industry which is one of the largest in the world, will be achieving such a tremendous success that will be registered by the ‘Guinness World Records’ since 1955 when it was first published.

The comic actor made the announcement on his instagram page saying, “I am dedicating this milestone in my career to all the casts and crew of 30 Days In Atlanta. Also to everyone who went to the cinemas to see the movie when it came out. Let’s do it again with my new movie ‘A Trip to Jamaica’ premiering on September 25th, and showing across cinemas in Nigeria from September 30th.”

The Egoist, owned by the N Sethia Foundation, United Kingdom has been certified the world’s most valuable tea cup by The Guinness World Record. It goes for $3,000,000. That’s about N1billion or more.

 The instruments and costume of Nigerian music legend, Sunday Adeniyi, popularly called King Sunny Ade is being displayed at a special corner dedicated to him at the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) in Phoenix, America.
Famous for exhibiting instruments of iconic artistes across the globe, the Musical Instrument Museum also displayed some traditional instruments from Nigeria as well as from international acts like The Beatles, Taylor Swift to mention a few.

Leading telecommunication company, MTN has terminated the ambassadorial contract of music super stars, Tiwa Savage,  Davido, Don Jazzy and many more.
