Nigeria’s Dream Team VI will vie for a place at the upcoming 2016 Rio Olympics together with Algeria, Egypt and Mali as they have been drawn together in Group B.
The results of the draw on Monday at the Caf headquarters in Cairo, Egypt showed that Nigeria will compete in Group B together with Algeria, Egypt and Mali at the forthcoming 2015 Africa U23 Cup of Nations in Senegal
The countries in Group A include hosts, Senegal, South Africa, Zambia and Tunisia. The draw was conducted by Caf Secretary General, Hicham El Amrani and assisted by Caf executive committee member, Amadou Diakite. The final tournament will take place from November 28 – December 12, 2015 in the Senegalese cities of Dakar and M’Bour. The top three teams will qualify automatically to represent Africa at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
