Located close to the Royal Albert Hall, the bay can accommodate two cars and costs 15 times the average UK salary of £26,500. It’s also the price of an average UK house (a 5-bedroom countryside home with terraced garden and double-detached garage or a 7-bedroom detached house with garden and parking spaces). Some London property market experts state that you can park your car 880 yards away for 81 years- for the same price. That’s about £35.10 a day.
