After 6 weeks with no new cases, The World Health Organization (WHO) has officially declared Nigeria Ebola-free.

The outbreak which has killed more than 4,500 people in West Africa, mostly in Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone “arrived” Nigeria in July 2014 claiming 7 lives.
