Nigeria international Obafemi Martins has been emerged the Most Valuable Player of Major League Soccer club, Seattle Sounders for the second season in a row.

The ex Inter Milan forward who has been in an outstanding form for the MLS side scoring more than 10 goals in over 15 appearances has joined Osvaldo Alonso as the second Seattle Sounders player to have won the award more than once.

The 31 year-old was recently recalled to the Oliseh-led Super Eagles squad.
