BEHOLD BRITAIN'S MOST OVER-PAMPERED TEENAGER

She doesn’t come from a wealthy home; her parents don’t own the most expensive house, her 42 year-old father is a boiler room operator who works 15 hours per day and pays all the household bills but her mother who maintains two jobs effortlessly funds her lavish lifestyle.
Amanda Turpie gives her £1,100 monthly earnings to Paige, her 15 year-old daughter to buy clothes shoes and make up.
The model wannabe who’s from Ockendon Essex spends 90minutes dressing up for school. She proudly declares, “I am so proud to be the most spoilt 15-year-old in Britain.
Mum buys me whatever I want and if I don’t get what I want, I throw a tantrum. I want to look good and stand out. I’m determined to be famous and that is why my mum spends all her money on me.” .
Asides her school bag being a Gucci handbag, she possesses 100 pairs of shoes, designer clothes with labels including Gucci, Juicy Couture, Stella McCartney and Burberry, entire Katie Price and Amy Childs perfume and book collections, as well as diamond earrings.
Her bedroom contains velvet wallpaper and silk designer bedding; with gadgets like a laptop, flat-screen TV, an iPad and a Nintendo Wii.
But why is her mother doing this? “When I was little, my family didn’t have much money and I always wanted more clothes and shoes. I grew up in a family of four and I was always wearing hand-me-downs.
When I had Paige, I vowed she would never go without. So I spend all my earnings on her. I have done since she was born. If she needs extra things, I work extra hours.” She explained.
Amanda is also Paige’s chauffer. She’s never taken a bus in her life, “I’m also happy to pick up after her. She has never cleaned up after herself she doesn’t know how.” She added.
Although she is happy to take her mother’s money, Paige would never work like her mum does. “I love my mum and she works very hard but I could never do the kind of jobs that she does. I know money is always tight in our house but it’s important that I look good. That’s where Mum comes in.”
Wait a minute! She has a 13 year-old younger sister. Unlike her ostentatious sister, Brooke wants everything simple, she does not even demand designer clothes
Though they live in a three-bedroom end-of-terrace they bought 12 years ago for £73,000, her Dad disagrees with the issue, “I was brought up to think if you wanted something, you had to work for it. We used to get one present at Christmas and an apple and an orange. Paige would think that was a joke.” He declared.
All these for a 15 year-old school girl? Isn’t this outrageous? What’s your take?

MIRROR BOY PRODUCER, OBI EMELONYE SETS 'LAST FLIGHT TO ABUJA'

This is certainly a movie to watch out for. It is not unlikely that footballer turned movie producer, Obi Emelonye took cues from the series of plane crashes that rocked the country few years back.
The intriguing, mind-blowing, emotion-stirring ‘Last flight in Abuja’ is a high octane disaster thriller movie and the first Nigerian movie to be set in an aeroplane.
Produced by Obi Emelonye and Charles Thompson MBE, the movie features Omotola Jalade –Ekeinde, Jim Iyke, Ali Nuhu, Hakkem Kae-Kazim, Anthony Monjaro, Uru Eke, Jennifer Oguzie, Uche Odoputa and Celine Loader.
Obi is also the brain behind blockbuster, ‘Mirror boy’.

Can’t wait to see it…

MEET EMINENT MUSIC PRODUCER, 'YOUNG D'

The name Akintewe Temidayo may not strike a chord but the youngman who’s popularly called Young D’s knack for music production has and still endearing him to many Nigerian music artistes.
The computer-science graduate is acclaimed for creating hits for top-notch artistes. His brief includes; the self-acclaimed Egberi Papa 1 of Bayelsa, Timaya’s “All The Way”, Oritse Femi “Better For Every Man”, Side One,  Atorise, Dem MaMa Soldiers, Vector, Seed, LKT “Alaye Mi”, Ay.com, Sean Tero “Choko”, Element X, Chuddy K, Emco, Oritse Femi, Side-One, Sean Tero to mention a few. The Ondo-state indigene also doubles as a musician. Infact, his debut single, “Spending” which is generating a lot of buzz features dance-hall vocalist Timaya and Element X.
Inspired by Cobhams and Rayce, the ace producer who also owns ‘MurderBeatzVibes’ outfit is certainly an individual who has got more grounds to break.

Some producers may not be as popular as Don Jazzy or Cobhams but they are equally as proficient as them. Though Young D is working in silence but his success is speaking (loud) for him. Impressive portfolio!!

FAN ACCUSES CHRIS BROWN OF PHONE THEFT

A 24 year-old lady, Christal Spann has accused Chris Brown of snatching her $500 iPhone when she tried to take his pictures outside a nightclub in Miami and driving off with it.
According to the Florida woman, Chris had followed Tyga (a rapper) out of Cameo nightclub and as she snapped a picture of Chris getting into his Bentley, Chris flipped out when he saw her camera phone, grabbed it through the car window, saying, “Bitch, you ain’t going to put that on no website.”
The R n B Grammy award winner at first kept mum over the matter but he’s told friends he’s done nothing wrong and hopes he’s sorted out soon.
Though an arrest warrant has not been issued sources say that even if he is arrested, it is extremely unlikely that his probation for assaulting Rihanna back in 2009 would be revoked.
The case is still under investigation.

I understand some celebrities get cranky when they see camera flicks but fans would never let them be. I want to be careful here cos investigation is still on so won’t say nothing much. But if he really did….hmmmm! And if the girl lied….hmmm! He’s still on probation for beating Rihanna and this??? Oh my! Why Chris Brown?
