NIGERIA'S LEADING SAXOPHONIST, YEMI SAX SIGNS TWO ARTISTES TO HIS LABEL
The Nigerian Ambassador for world youth peace whose proficiency in saxophone playing knows no limits has just added a colourful feather to his distinct cap.
The unique entertainer over the weekend welcomed young talented duo of Lamboginny and Xclaim to his Sax Records label.
Lamboginny, born Lawanson Yinka signed a two years deal to revamp his music career, Thomas Ntul well known as Xclaim, an R&B, Rap and hip-hop artiste who shot to full glare of publicity with his hit song Spend Sum Money featuring YemiSax pencilled a long term deal with the Yemi Sax.
While Lamboginny has just released his first official single 'I No Go Mind' under the label, Xclaim on the hand is set to drop the much anticipated video of his 'Spend Sum Money' song, another song, 'Disorder' is to follow suite.
However, 'YemiSax' has followed up on his last effort 'Virtuoso' which he released sometime last year with a branded E.P titled YemiSax Exclusives Vol.1.
The E.P is a six tracker project which includes the YemiSax remix to party banger songs like ARA by Brymo, three tracks from P Square's Invasion album 'Beautiful Onyinye, Do As I Do and Chop My Money. Also on the E.P are remixes to W4's Kontrol and Rayce's Roll.
According to the Osun State born instrumentalist, "the YemiSax Exclusives Vol.1 is released to meet the demand of Jazz music lovers across the globe".

The event which featured the Induction of celebrities such as Ronke Apampa, Michael Collins and Tosyn Bucknor into their Hall of Fame for their immense contributions to charities and they were referred to as the “Compatriots with Compassion”. Other features at the event also saw a presentation on cancer to mark the month of Cervical Cancer by renowned epidemiologist, Professor Dayo Oyekole affords those attending the benefits of addressing key cancer issues with natural therapy.Hosted by HITV Breakfast Show Anchor, Mofe Duncan on a unique Afri-Carpet with premium entertainment from Yetunde of Project Fame, Korede Bello, Theatre Centrik and the Bethesda Home for the Blind in a ‘no- holds barred’ old school entertainment from Belgium based DJ Bambino.
Presentations were also made to the Holy Family Home from the Elderly, Bethesda Home for the Blind and Lagos Cheshire Home for the Handicapped by Public Spirited Individuals and Organisations.

TRU SOUTH GATHERS MOMENTUM
The Good Friday Musical concert was undoubtedly one of the biggest and music gathering in the year, with over 40, 000 people in attendance and notable singers on board, it was indeed a night to remember.
The event which was staged at the Loveworld grounds Isolo Lagos on 6th April saw the soft-spoken, energetic hiphop soul musician who was conferred a lifetime achievement award by US’ president Barack Obama deliver an electrifying and inspiring performance.
The singer will in few days time drop his new single, Mimshack.

Reacting to Nigeria’s 3-step slide (from the 57th position to 60th) in the FIFA ranking report released today, former Super Eagles assistant coach Joe Erico is not surprised that Nigeria is lagging behind .
Erico believes that Nigeria will continue to drop on the ranking unless some cogent steps are taken and that includes stepping up the national team’s international matches and qualifying series.
“We have not worked hard and that is why we don’t deserve to be in high position on FIFA Ranking. Our sports administrators need to work hard if we want to move forward,” Erico complained.

KANYE WEST TO FEATURE ON THE KARDASHIAN REALITY SERIES
Just to remind you that Kris Humphries’ chapter is finally closed! The news is not that 31 year old international model Kim has gotten another guy less than a year after her fairytale wedding to basketball star, Kris.
The deal is Kim’s in-thing (Kanye West) who made few appearances on the Keeping Up with the Kardashian reality TV show is expected to feature on the next season of the show.
According to a source, “Kanye is head over heels in love with Kim, and he has told her he would love to appear on the reality show if she wants him to. Kim is a bit leery of having her man appear on camera because of the whole fiasco with her soon-to-be-ex-husband, Kris Humphries, but watch for Kanye to make several appearances on the show towards the end of the season. Viewers won’t see him featured in the first part of the season, and it won’t be all about Kanye,”
Though Kanye sang about his girlfriend in his new song Theraflu confessing he fell in love with Kim when she was dating Humphries, Kanye West’s ex, Amber Rose claimed both had been hooked up long before now; that is, when Kim was with NFL star Reggie Bush and Kanye with Amber!
“Kim feels extremely comfortable with Kanye because she feels that for the first time she is with a partner that understands what she does for a living and doesn’t scrutinize her for being in a reality show….She also doesn’t feel like Kanye is using her, like she did with Kris.” The source hinted.
