SINGLE PREMIERE- PAPI, 'FINEBOY DRAMA'
Erhuen Emmanuel Bright, a.k.a Papi, is a graduate of Mass Communication and Linguistics from University of Port Harcourt, he claims he learnt the rudiments of music, especially notation and renaissance ensemble playing under the supervision of veteran music producer/singer OJB Jezreel.
John Coltrane, R. Kelly, Tracy Chapman, Loreena McKnitt, Kanye West and Fela Kuti, Papi says he draws inspiration from people he comes across everyday. Currently working on an EP, the pop singer recently released a second single titled 'Fine Boy Drama'.
The single is a straight up techno-themed joint. The interesting thing about the song is the blend of indigenous language on the Samklef production.

UNKNOWN GUNMEN ABDUCT NIGERIA MIDFIELDER CHRISTIAN OBODO
He still went clubbing last night with his car whose registration number reads 'Obodo 5' but this (Saturday) morning, he was waylaid &kidnapped in front of a church in Effurun, a suburb of Warri, Delta State.
Sources say it is not unlikely that Nigeria midfielder, Christian Obodo's customized car plate number induced the kidnappers when they sighted it in the club premises.
Although his family members are yet to know the demands of the gunmen, goal.com Nigeria claims this is the first time a footballer has been kidnapped in Nigeria; footballers' family members had been kidnapped in the past.
God have mercy!

SINGER ADELE ADMITS SHE'LL SHOOT HERSELF IF HER EX WROTE A SONG ABOUT HER
She became a focus of attention after she released 'Someone Like You', a song which revealed the pain her break-ups put her
through yet Adele admits she would shoot herself if any of her ex-boyfriends sang her kind of songs.
The Grammy-award winning singer during an interview on U.S. TV Network NBC stated that she didn't mention names whereas her ex boyfriends would tag her name in the song,
"If they wrote songs about me, they'd be: 'This song's about Adele'. I've never given any names ever, but everyone's going to know this song's about me. No one actually knows who my songs are about'
The 24year-old regrets putting so much of
her personal life into her career, she would now like to 'take some of it back'.
"It's hard. I do wish I'd kept a lot of
things to myself, but I never knew the album was going to be so big. I will be more wary when I go into things now.
All I've ever wanted to do was sing.
'I don't want to be a celebrity. I don't want to be in people's faces, you know, constantly on covers of magazine that I haven't even known I'm on.' She lamented.

FASHIEFIZZIE DROPS 'BLACK SUNDAY'
Fashogbon Abiodun David, Fashie fizzie who just made an impressive comeback to the entertainment industry has declared his intentions to take over the Nigerian music scene.
The young and energetic clothier, who is the rave of the moment in Ibadan whose therapeutic love song 'Oleku, is still bombarding the nation's airwaves has dropped a single, 'Black Sunday', this he dedicates to the victims of the ill-fated Dana Airplane which crashed on June 3.
"Music came as a result of pain. Music heals my heart and everything I touch turns to gold. Music is a release from pressures and pains like I said earlier. As long as I have breath, I would continue to sing.
Music is a business that helps other businesses like fashion and marketing
communication. I strongly believe in building businesses that would help my
other businesses." He stated.
Fashie fizzie's debut album will be released before the end of this quarter.
