D'BANJ SIGNS SECOND PRODUCER TO HIS LABEL

Few months after parting ways with his friend, colleague and Producer Don Jazzy, the brain behind most of his monstrous hits and eventually pulling out of their Mohits label, wave-making artiste, D'Banj has signed another music producer, Divine Ifeanyi Austin popularly called Fear Deevee.

This is coming barely two months after he penned a deal with popular producer Jay Sleek to his new record label, DB Records.

Fear Deevee has worked with the likes of

Shank, Wizkid, Davido, Muma Gee, Wande Coal, Terry G and the likes.

Can the two ever replace Don Jazzy?

CHIDI MOKEME REINSTATED AS GULDER ULTIMATE SEARCH ANCHOR

Seven years after he left the popular reality TV show, Gulder Ultimate Search, Nollywood actor and enterpreneur, Chidi Mokeme is taking the baton from his colleague Bob Manue Udokwu.

The lanky TV host and motivational speaker who anchored the first and second seasons of the show is believed to add lots of glamour and excitement to the show better than his successors; Tintin and Bob Manuel Ndokwu and thus had to be reinstated.

The 2012 edition holds at the Usaka Forest in Obot Akara, Akwa Ibom State, we hope Chidi brings back the spark.

KIM KARDASHIAN REVEALS TURN-OFFS IN MEN

She's had series, (two actually) of failed marriages and other relationships which just didn't work out, I'm sure these turn-offs didn't add to them.

During the behind-the-scenes video for Tatler magazine, international model, Kim Kardashian listed what actually turns her off in men. First of all, the guy must be impeccably fresh.

The 31 year-old reality TV show star will have nothing to do with guys who have bad hygiene,

like teeth or nails or big ears. 'I'm really weird about stuff like that.' She added.

But seriously who would mind all that?

What attracted her to the coffin? Comfort? beauty? And what's even funny? Sister, you must have felt like a superstar after "achieving this feat" Mtchewww!

24-YEAR OLD NIGERIAN FOOTBALLER DIES ON PITCH

A very sad one there! 24-year old Nigerian player, Joshua Tamunobarabonye Pepple slumped and died on the pitch on saturday 6th october while playing for his club in Poland.

The Port Harcourt-born footballer reportedly fell on the pitch barely a minute into the match but was certified okay to continue playing, in the 26th minute he fell a second time and was pronounced dead after efforts to revive him proved abortive .

The cause of his death is still being investigated, however an autopsy will be carried out later this week. Pepple's death is coming barely two months after another Nigerian player Henry Chinonso Ihelewere died in Romania in similar manner.

May his soul find repose. Amen.

TONTO DIKE LAUNCHES MUSIC CAREER, DROPS SINGLE

She's unarguably Nollywood most controversial actress. Pretty and talented actress, Tonto Dike is dipping her hand into another pie; which is music.

This news is coming less than 48hrs after some of her fans told her on Twitter to stop singing. Her first single, titled "itz ova" will be released online on Wednesday October 17.

The song according to BON is highly controversial and it contains lyrics that will leave you dazed. Another track "hi" inspired by Wiz Khalifa is also in her album.

We hope we won't scream 'its ova' after listening to it.

KUNLE AFOLAYAN AND GLOBACOM PART WAYS

Established actor, Kunle Afolayan has terminated his appointment with telecommunication giant, Globacom.

According to reports, the banker-turned filmmaker who became an ambassador sometime last year was unable to renew his agreement with the company due to some issues and so had to take a bow.

Another artiste who left the company last year is songstress, Ego Ogbaro. Meanwhile, other stars who are still benefitting from the Glo largesse include Desmond Elliot, Basketmouth, Uche Jombo, Monalisa Chinda to mention a few.

ESQUIRE MAGAZINE NAMES AMERICAN ACTRESS MILA KUNIS THE SEXIEST WOMAN ALIVE

Sometimes I wonder how these polls work. For its November issue, Esquire magazine has named American actress, Mila Kunis as the sexiest woman alive.

Mila who posed topless in leather trousers on the cover and in lingerie on inside the pages edged Barbados-born star artiste, Rihanna to be on the top spot.

The 29year-old whose career started at the age of 9 told the magazine: "I don't think I'm a celebrity. I'm a working actress. I think there's a difference. If I bought into the hype, I would lose all sight of who I am.

And so much of who I am is what my parents went through and instilled in me.

And I never want to lose that. Ever. Because I would be so disappointed if I didn't make them proud."
