Pop star Beyonce Carter has been named Internet’s most-searched celebrity of 2013 on online search engine, Bing. She ousted Kim Kardashian who topped the list last year. Beyonce’s return to music after spending time with her daughter; her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, performance at America’s Super Bowl halftime show, Grammy Award etc shot her to number one spot.

PHOTOS: COMIC YORUBA ACTOR, SANYERI WEDS; SELLS WEDDING FOOTAGE FOR N1M

Famous Yoruba comic actor, Olaniyi Afonja also known as Sanyeri and her long-time fiance, Awawu Omolara Jimoh got married yesterday December 1st, 2013. The event which took place at the Anchor Events centre, Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos was attended by his colleagues, friends, family members and dignitaries.

However, some guests complained that the event did not quite match up to the grandeur expected from the star. Citing the aso-ebi which served as a gate pass, some of them were left bewildered after learning that the inferior-quality aso-ebi which shouldn't cost more than N2,500 was sold to them for N20,000 (the actor made them pay into his account before giving them).

The tribal-marked actor has also sold his wedding footage to a movie marketer; EXEL for N1million. (It is expected to hit the stands soon). Sanyeri and his wife who have been living together for 8 years are blessed with 2 children.

To: Girlfriends

With regards to the meeting held today, theBoyfriend Association of
Nigeria(B.A.N) decided to go on a two months strike starting from 1st December,
2013. This strike is not to cause mayhem, riot or any form of break-up
with our beloved girlfriends. We plan to use this strike period as a time for
appraisal and re-dedication in our supposed relationship.
During this
period,all forms of communication (formal or otherwise) is allowed but all form
of financial assistance will be put to rest. We assure our girlfriend(s)
that during this supposed strike period, our commitment will be 100% and won’t
be questioned.
Also, this period, will not, WE repeat, will not pose a
threat to the relationship. Full boyfriend responsibility will resume on the 1st
of February, 2014 to enable both parties plan for the upcoming Valentines Day
(14th February, 2014).
We thank our girlfriends for their anticipated
‘Good Behavior’ during this period.

"STOP TALKING OR FACE A LAWSUIT" MICHAEL JACKSON'S ESTATE LAWER WARNS DR CONRAD MURRAY

Shortly after he regained freedom after being in incarceration for two years, Michael Jackson's personal physician, Conrad Murray has been warned to keep a sealed lips or face legal action. Dr Conrad recently granted an interview about the late singer which was deemed shameful and embarrassing.

"Your recent comments to the media about Mr. Jackson's medical treatment and ultimate death shamefully violate the physician-patient privilege under California law." Howard Weitzman, Jackson's estate lawyer wrote.

Nigerian international, Victor Moses has edged out John Obi Mikel and Sunday Mba to win the Nigerian Footballer of the Year award 2013. Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi also defeated Man Garba, Golden Eaglets coach to win the Nigerian Coach of the year award.

The ceremony took place at the Muson Centre,Onikan, Lagos on Wednesday, November 27, 2013. Super Falcon’s Perpetual Nkwocha also won the female footballer of the year award.
