Actress, Omotola Listed Among ‘Highest Grossing Movie Stars’ on Yahoo
Screen diva, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has evolved into one of the most respected thespians in the Nigerian movie industry. She has managed to stay new and fresh even after two decades in the business.
Two years after she made Time Magazine’s influential celebrities list, the delectable mother of four has been listed as one of the “Highest Grossing Movie Stars You’ve Probably Never Heard Of.” on Yahoo. She was named amongst the likes of Frank Welker, Bob Bergen, Jack Angel.
Yahoo wrote:
“We’ll wager not only have you not heard of Omotola Jalade Ekeinde – or ‘Omosexy’ as her fans call her – but we reckon you probably haven’t even heard of the industry she spearheads:Nollywood.
Yes, that’s Nigeria’s version Hollywood, in which Omosexy dominates – she has over 300 filmcredits to her name (although most go straight to video). In her homeland she’s like a cross between Oprah Winfrey and Kim Kardashian, with her own reality TV series following her and her family.
Though it’s nigh on impossible to determine what her box-office total is, given that the Nigerian film industry is mostly one that distributes through market stalls and street corners, it is estimated to be worth upwards of £320 million a year – and Omosexy is a Nollywood cornerstone.”
So beautiful!Photographer creates pictures of children dressed as old people.
Imagine your children looking way older than you? Hell No.lol. But really this is quite creative and we are so adoring them.
A New York-based photographer Zachary Scott created a series of photographs of children made up to look like grannies and grandpas.
The pictures are not just fun photos, they were created for an article in the New York Times about a psychologist, Ellen Langer who created an experiment in 1981 to examine how much ageing, and the physical symptoms of growing older, are in the mind.

Cesc Fabregas upset at being named the middleman in Messi/Chelsea deal.
As much as he relishes the chance to play alongside his former Barca colleague Lionel Messi at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea midfielder, Cesc Fabregas would have nothing to do with the latter’s move to England.
The Argentine football legend followed Chelsea’s official account on Instagram few days back, sparking off rumours that he may be set to join The Blues.
Fabregas has however rubbished claims that he is a mediator in the Chelsea/Messi bid. The Spain international cleared the air on Spanish radio programme Al Primer Toque on Onda Cero:
“I’m upset that they say that I could be mediating for Messi to come to Chelsea. How can I be talking about contracts… I’m only a footballer.
“He (Messi) will do what makes him happiest. Personally, as his friend, colleague and footballer, if you gave me the chance to play with him again, I would welcome it.
“I don’t know Luis Enrique. I do know Leo and I doubt very much that what is being said is happening, because he’s a very relaxed guy and I’ve never seen any of that in the three years we spent together.
“Messi is happy at Barca and they are happy with him.”
