Opinion: Governor Ayo Fayose Needs A Psychiatric Doctor |By : Joe Igbokwe

Anybody who sees Ayo Fayose, the so-called governor of Ekiti State should please beg him to see a psychiatric doctor before it is too late.
From the look of things now, I do not know if the man ever sleeps at all. From the look of things I can say authoritatively that he wakes up in the dead of the night to cry and curse the day General Buhari was born. I am sure he has fallen out with everybody; his siblings and members of his family included because of this Buhari factor.
After robbing former Governor Fayemi of Ekiti State, Fayose has been on top of the world celebrating his so-called victory until the bubble burst.
 When the results of the June 21 Ekiti guber elections was made public I remember I told anybody who cared to listen that APC must find out what went wrong before it happens in other APC States.
When the elections shifted to Osun State, APC knew that it had to stand up or PDP will get bolder and repeat the same onslaught. APC took the bull by the horns and the rest is now history.
Now almost seven months after, the sordid story of what took place in Ekiti began to emerge. It took the well-respected online publishing company, Sahara Reporters, to unravel what went wrong in Ekiti State.
Nigeria and the world was shown the audio recording of how Ayo Fayose, Musliu Obanikoro, Chris Ubah, Iyiola Omisore, Police Affairs Minister, Jelili Adesiyan, Brigadier General Momoh and many others conspired to rob former Governor Fayemi at gun point.
Ayo Fayose, Jelili, Obanikoro have since acknowledged their presence at the meeting but still denying the obvious and painful truth that they ordered the police and military personnel around and used them extensively to steal Ekiti State at gun point.
But the worst hit in this criminality and brigandage is the man Ayo Fayose. Never in the history of this country have we seen this type of abuse of the military in a civilian dispensation by a bloody civilian.
Ever since General Buhari emerged the candidate of APC and the events that have followed his emergence, Ayo Fayose has been a ghost of himself.
He fears Buhari more than anything under the sun. Even though Buhari is yet to win the Presidential elections slated for February 14 2015 and now shifted to March 28 2015, Ayo Fayose will not sleep.
He fears even his shadow and even a knock at the door by his siblings, his aides and neighbours. For Ayo Fayose, the fear of Buhari is now the beginning of wisdom. This is the reason he wants General Buhari dead by all means.
Fayose once bought the front pages of the Punch and Sun Newspapers not only to pass a death sentence on Buhari because the man is 72, he used the same medium to mock dead leaders from a section of the country.
Fayose nearly provoked an ethnic war in the country but the situation was managed by leaders across Nigeria who rose in their thousands to condemn Fayose without mincing words. But Fayose will not listen.
Soon Fayose started the campaigns that Buhari is sick. He has been trailing the APC Presidential candidate anywhere he goes.
He has been monitoring the man’s movement anywhere he goes. Buhari travelled to London and Fayose followed him to London claiming that GMB has gone for treatment.
Now can’t Buhari go for medical check-up like every other Nigerian of his status? Can’t Buhari go for treatment just like any other Nigerian of his caliber? What is wrong in anybody going for medical check-up or treatment? When has it become an offence for prominent leaders to go for check-up?
Today in all the papers and everywhere on the internet, the mentally retarded Fayose says, BUHARI CAN NEVER RULE NIGERIA. Now who is Ayo Fayose in Nigeria that will stop candidate Buhari?
Where is his capacity and capability to stop this movement? Who is behind this loose cannon? Who is beating the drum for this naked dancer? Of what meat is Ayo Fayose fed? I know that a million Ayo Fayoses cannot stop Buhari from being sworn in as president in May 29 2015.
I know Fayose is playing to the gallery. I know Fayose is being tormented by his past. Fayose has two murder cases hanging on his neck. Fayose has used thugs to attack a High Court Judge.
Fayose has abused the State Assembly in Ekiti State. Fayose has abused and frustrated the Speaker by using five members of the House to impeach him. Fayose has used five members to screen his Commissioners.
Fayose has passed the 2015 Budget with five members of the House of Assembly out of 26 members. Power has turned Fayose to something else that he no longer thinks.
Soon Fayose will be called to come and give an account of his open criminality and brigandage in Ekiti. Buhari will bring Fayose to judgment in the fullness of time. The world is now seeing why Jonathan must go for Nigeria to breathe fresh air.
Fayose knows that the moment General Buhari wins this election he has to run away from Nigeria. He knows that he is sitting on a stolen mandate. He knows that he needs nobody to advise him on what to do the moment it becomes obvious that Buhari is the next president of Nigeria. A thief runs when nobody is pursuing him.

Actor, Hanks Anuku reacts to HIV tale

Nollywood bad boy,Hanks Anuku has reacted to a story which made rounds weeks ago that he’s contracted and infected his wife with the deadly HIV disease.
Speaking to NET, the lanky actor who now resides in Ghana described the news as  a malicious rumour being spread around. “It is definitely fueled by a lot of pain and jealousy which explains why it has been so embellished with such fallacies. My wife called me and we’ve spoken about this.

She’s a very calm person, and I’m so proud because we understand each other. We know the story is false, and she’s taking it so lightly but it hurts. I’ve never had any such sexcapades in my life; I don’t even hang out with women like that. People that know me will attest to the fact that I have principles and I have self-control when it comes to women. So, I don’t have H.I.V or any infection of any kind.”‎ He explained.

This is one of the most mind-blowing stories I have read in recent times. A 10 yr old Nigerian girl admitted into UK University to study Advanced Maths? Genius just got a new definition.

Esther Okade, from Walsall, West Midlands, has enrolled on an Open University course months after she passed her A-levels – and wants to study for a PhD before running her own bank.
The girl, who gained a C grade in her maths GCSE aged six, has joined the course which started this month. Her younger brother Isiah is already studying for his A-levels – also aged six.
The siblings are both home-schooled by their mother Omonefe, who has converted the living room of their semi-detached, three-bedroom house into a makeshift classroom.

Mathematician Mrs Okade, 37, said:

‘Esther is doing so well. She took a test recently and scored 100 per cent. Applying to the university was an interesting process because of her age.

‘We even had to talk to the vice-chancellor. After they interviewed her they realised that this has been her idea from the beginning. From the age of seven Esther has wanted to go to university.

‘But I was afraid it was too soon. She would say, “Mum, when am I starting?”, and go on and on and on. Finally, after three years she told me, “Mum, I think it is about time I started university now”.’

She said: ‘For now we want her to enjoy her childhood as well as her maths. By the time she was four I had taught her the alphabet, her numbers, and how to add, subtract, multiply and division.

‘I saw that she loved patterns so developed a way of using that to teach her new things. I thought I would try her with algebra, and she loved it more than anything.’
Esther stunned her parents last year when she achieved a B grade in her pure maths A-level. She applied to the Open University last August – and after a phone interview an essay and an exam, she was told in December that she had been accepted onto the course.

Her father Paul, 42, a managing director, added: ‘I cannot tell you how happy and proud I am as a father. The desire of every parent is to see their children exceed them, and take the family name to great heights, and my children have done just that.’

Boxing Champion, Bash Ali detained in prison.

Nigeria’s boxing champion, Bash Ali has been detained in Kuje prison over row with Nigerian Export – Import Bank (NEXIM). He was arrested last week thursday for allegedly disturbing the peace of the bank and threatening to blow up it’s premises.
According to reports, he walked into the bank with 3 other men to query its manager on why the  bank has refused to pay the money  allocated to the hosting of the Guinness Book of World Record fight project even after getting a directive from the President.
The police arrived the scene, arrested them and charged them for causing nuisance and trespassing. Ali, while in prison revealed that the reason why the bank has not been interested in the case was because he declined the 10% bribe they asked for. “Now they are trying to silent me because I have decided to speak out and take action,” he stated.

He also denied threatening to blow up the NEXIM office, “I never said I will bomb their office. If any institution owned by government disobeys the order of Mr. President because of corruption, that institution should be closed down. That is what I said.”

He narrated his ordeal to Daily Times via a text message: 
“The labour of our heroes shall not be in vain. I have been in Kuje Prison since Thursday without food and with tough criminals because I said ‘No’ to corruption at a Bank. My court case is March 5. A revolution has started. Champ Bash Ali, OON.”

“The Executive Director, Customer Services, of the bank invited me on Wednesday, but to my shock, he was not there, so he told me to wait.

“While waiting, the Managing Director of the Bank, came and ordered the security to beat us. The head of one of the LOC members of Bash Ali Guinness Book of World Records fight, was broken. It was from there we were taken to SARS and detained and now I’m at Kuje Prison.”

"Fayose is obsessed with Buhari"- BSO

The obsession here is a sharp contrast to the one we are all used to. The obsession The Buhari Support Organisation (BSO) is actually talking about is the negative type.

Director of Media and Information Technology of the BSO, Dr. Chidia Maduekwe has reacted to Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose’s claim that Buhari is medically unfit to rule Nigeria.
He said:‎ “The Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Ayo Fayose, is suffering from what we call in medicine obsessive compulsive disorder, based on an appetite and a wish to see General Muhammadu Buhari dead.

“He is a psychopath, whose obsession has altered his sense of rational analysis of situations whenever he hears the name, Buhari. Unfortunately, he is not God and does not have control of the life of our revered General.

“Fayose should go back home and prepare to defend himself in the case of the massive rigging that led to the stolen mandate he currently enjoys and leave our general‎ alone”.

Nemesis will catch up with those behind my fake social media accounts- Obasanjo

Former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo has asked Nigerians to disregard any news coming from fake twitter and Facebook accounts opened in his name.
The elder statesman said this while reacting to a story posted on his fake twitter account on Sunday. The post reads; 
“Fani-Kayode is a democracy wrecker, who’s very fluent in stupidity. Give him food, and he will sing and do “shoki” dance for you.”

The ex military head of state added that his real social media accounts have been blocked.
“I don’t know where this comes from. I don’t have any account on either the Facebook or Twitter again. Go and block it.” 

Let me say that, nemesis will catch up with anyone doing this. It is illegal and criminal. If I have to pass any message to the good people of Nigeria, I know how to go about it with no controversy.”‎ He concluded.

Messi and coach Luis Enrique haven't been on talking terms for 7 weeks


According to reports, the spat between Barca playmaker, Lionel Messi and coach Luis Enrique is yet to be resolved. The feud started after the Blaugrana’s loss to Real Sociedad several weeks back. The Argentine attacker was so angry with the coach for introducing him at half time that he refused to turn up for training the following da‎y.
Barca’s heavy defeat to Malaga during the weekend seems to have worsened matters. Spanish newspaper reports that Enrique hasn’t spoken to his players after it. His relationship with Messi hasn’t been better as both parties have reportedly not spoken to each other for 7 weeks. 
Luis F. Rojo of marca.com writes, 
“It is a fact that the Barcelona manager is not very keen on talking to his players after a match, but the Málaga game was out of the ordinary. And as he did not speak with the players, he did not speak to Leo Messi, as in any case they have not spoken for some time. In fact, not since the defeat against Real Sociedad at Anoeta when they became estranged. Since then their relationship has been non-existent. The situation has been helped by a run of good results, but now Barcelona have lost again it remains to be seen what will happen.

When God Rejects A Leader | By: Ali Adoyi

The popular belief that the voice of a people is the voice of God must not be undermined even as Nigeria faces another democratic test come March 28 and April 11.
Many things have happened in the wake of the electioneering campaign, PVC collection and distribution. Elections dates have been shifted amid controversy, INEC Chairman, Jega has been accused of working for the opposition by the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
The APC has equally alleged on several occasions that the incumbent President, Goodluck Jonathan has an agenda to scuttle the nation’s democracy through an interim national government.
Different allegations have been flying around and people at different points are engaged in title-tattle. While some chorus “change” others chorus” continuity”.

However, political analysts are of the view that change is likely to take place in Nigeria despite widely held premonition that Nigeria will split after the violence that will follow the elections.
It’s true that one cannot totally override the popular fear of pre or post-election violence, the reason INEC may have fixed the initial date for February 14 (Valentine day).
However, there will surely be a new Nigeria after every other thing that may likely transpire before, during and after the elections. This thinking has equally been upheld by positive thinkers who believe that the unity and the survival of the country supersede any individual’s ambition.
This to me, is what most of us should believe. Instead of rushing our families to the village out of fear of an impending violence, we ought to establish a firm belief that Nigeria is bigger than our politicians whose interest is to scuttle democracy.
They will cause confusion and move their people out of the country, leaving us to lick our own blood. Our fear should rather become our wisdom so we can stand together against all violent politicians.

The question however is why is there so much tension in the land? Why are we all afraid? Why do we think political gladiators and supporters will resort to violence after results are announced?
The straight answer is that there is fear in the land because God has taken over the leadership of this country. God to me, has heard the cry of many Nigerians who have painfully cried to him for intervention over their several years in bondage in what seems like a political imprisonment.

In this regard, if we accept that God has taken over the leadership of the country, then it’s clear that we cannot have another leader. It then means that a leader has been dethroned by God himself, and when God dethrones a leader, he decides who becomes the next leader.
What then are the signs that a leader has been dethroned by God?
Kneeling or prostrating before a pastor must not be seen as God’s acceptance, as those men of God are mere mortals and must not be mistaken for God.
On several occasions, some Nigerians have called President Goodluck Jonathan, ”the Chosen one” with the notion that who God has chosen, no one should question.

Presidential Spokesman, Doyin Okupe, in defence of the same religious cum political ideology said, “Someone was reported to have said “A new government will be installed on the 29th of May 2015. “Lamentations 3 vs 37 says “Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass when the Lord commandeth it not? ” Isaiah 7 vs 7 says, “Thus sayeth the Lord God, it shall not stand’ neither shall it come to pass”

Doyin is known to have been using the bible to defend Mr. President’s Policies which many have termed obnoxious and unproductive, and had at one time compared Jonathan to Jesus Christ.
The President’s aide said, “People do not understand the burden this President is bearing. He’s like Jesus Christ. He’s bearing the burden of everybody.” Okupe then stated further that, “I can’t see GEJ losing this election. It’s not possible.”

Similarly, in a recent forum, Okupe shouted down his audience, saying that Buhari will never rule Nigeria. He said, ”It will not happen- It will not happen…” (Repeatedly)

In a more relative way, President Jonathan is always very good at blackmailing God through his actions. While his Spokesman, Okupe relies more on profanity to return his boss to power, Jonathan wants to constantly put God to test by visiting different men of God for prayers.
He does this only during election period, believing God can be patronized. He has forgotten the simple but popular biblical injunction that says, ” obey is better than sacrifice.”

Most failed leaders are very quick at telling God and the people that they have done well, meanwhile, they have done nothing for the people and for God.
This is similar to when Saul was rejected as King of Israel. Saul was asked to destroy everything belonging to the Amelekites, but he disobeyed God, claiming that he had done the will of God.

When Samuel, the messenger of God came-calling to deliver God’s message, Saul rushed to conclusion that he had done the will of God. ..” Then Samuel went to Saul, and Saul said to him, “Blessed are you of the LORD! I have performed the commandment of the LORD.”

Saul was obviously prompted into self-defense because he knew he didn’t do the will of God. This is typical of Jonathan and his aides as they continually term those God is using to sanitize the system as mere whistle blowers, in defense of their actions.

If further references are made with regard to Saul’s encounter with Samuel, one would realize that if he had done what God instructed, he would have been slower to boast of it. His disobedience led to self-defence and self-destruction.

I read about the ten reasons Jonathan must be re-elected as syndicated in the social media. The question people are asking is whether it’s ideal for a leader to tell the citizens what he has done before they acknowledge his efforts?

If Jonathan had followed God’s instructions on how to build the country, there wouldn’t have been whistle blowers like former Central Bank Governor, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, and former Head of State, Olusegun Obasanjo would have been the best friend of the government today.
Unfortunately, Jonathan, with his good intention was shielded from people whose real advice and caution would have reshaped his government in preparation for the coming elections. CAN wouldn’t have been given N7bn to mobilize for the President as ”obey is better than sacrifice”.
If Jonathan had walked the walk of the chosen one, no single PDP governor would have left for the opposition today, hence APC and its candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari wouldn’t have been accepted globally to the detriment of Jonathan’s party.
If the PDP candidate had walked on the path of glory and humility, returning to Aso Rock that is currently considered a big task would have been very easy.

God tends to have disserted whom he had chosen to run the country as billions of naira continue to disappear from the nation’s treasuries unaccounted for; this is to further reflect on the conversation between Saul and Samuel; Samuel said, “What then is this bleating of the sheep in my ears, and the lowing of the oxen which I hear?”

And Saul said, “They have brought them from the Amalekites; for the people spared the best of the sheep and the oxen, to sacrifice to the LORD your God; and the rest we have utterly destroyed.” Then Samuel said to Saul, “Be quiet! And I will tell you what the LORD said to me last night.” And he said to him, “Speak on.”
This goes to show that even when Jonathan and his people try everything possible to manipulate the people, by hiding the true state of the nation’s economy, God still hears the groaning and yearning of our depleting economy.
He hears even the cries of millions of people who perpetually smile in darkness following total absence of power supply; hence to obey is a better option than to make sacrifices after a deed. A Popular adage says, ” a deed committed by seven, must be atoned by seven.”
Although, sacrifice appears to be the only option for GEJ to appease God and Nigerians, his deeds can only be atoned by the same seven; I mean he may likely sacrifice his second tenure as a repercussion of his disobedience.

You still need more clarifications on why God chose to dethroned the leadership of Nigeria? Are you so convinced that our dear President has done the will of God and the people of Nigeria? Check again.

Tiwa Savage & Waje named in Channel O’s Africa’s Top 10 Female Singing Sensations


Nigeria’s powerhouse vocalists, Waje and Tiwa Savage have made Channel O’s Africa top 10 female singing sensations. According to Channel O’s press release, “This is by no means an official list, just some divas that we have tracked on our radar”.‎




Zonke Dikana

Given her very musical background, there was probably no other career that South African songstress Zonke Dikana could have chosen. Her first album “Life,love and music” was released in 2007 but it wasn’t until 2011, when she dropped “Ina ethe” that she gained the recognition due to her. It scooped her a SAMA for Best African adult album. Her follow up project, “Give and take”, saw her take home another SAMA for best live DVD.

With four albums under her belt, 10 SAMA awards, a BET nomination for best international act in Africa and a biography, Lerato Molapo needs no introduction in the music industry. She has continuously reinvented herself, ensuring her long lasting power.

There is so much that can be said about Tiwatope Savage, who has been singing since the age of 17. Her musical career is so illustrious and includes various accolades including having a song that she co-wrote for Fantasia being nominated for a Grammy. She has also backed up musical giants such as Mary J Blidge and George Michael and last year won her fisrt CHOAMVA for most gifted female.
