//

Messi’s injury is a shame, although it is good news that he’ll only be out for eight matches. I’m a giant fan of his and I hope he’s recovered and ready to play in no time.‎” The Bayern Munich coach wrote.
//
Chelsea midfielder, Cesc Fabregas added that “I have already spoken to Leo, I tried to cheer him up. And all I hope is that his recovery goes well and he can return to the pitch, which is where he belongs.”

32 year-old Ghanaian actress, Nadia Buari has provided drinking water for deprived villages at Boko-Abisem, a suburb Suhum in the Eastern Region of Ghana. She gave them two water boreholes meant to serve the natives and pupils of the Suhum-Abisim LA School with drinking water. //
On why she ventured on the project, the light-skinned mother of two explained that, I remember calling my aid an early morning asking him to immediately visit the community to find out exactly how or what could be done to help them. Upon his return, I was even heartbroken by the visuals he presented me. Even clean water was unavailable! Even though it cost me millions to complete these projects, nothing can be compared to this heartfelt fulfillment I feel now knowing the people of Suhum-Abisim have clean portable water for the kids in school and household activities. It is my eternal wish the water running through these tanks serve the purpose for which they were constructed. God bless the people of Suhum-Abisim. Thank you.’

Higuain never called Ronaldo overrated – Napoli

//

Napoli have released a statement denying a statement attributed to one of their striker Gonzalo Higuain labelling his former teammate, Cristiano Ronaldo over-rated” and egotistical in an interview with Spanish magazine Don Balon.

Higuain who left Madrid for Napoli in 2013 was quoted in the magazine thus,  “He [Ronaldo] has a lot of ego. If you don’t say he’s the best, he’s not your friend. Cristiano thinks he’s the best but he’s over-rated.

“I’ve shared a dressing room with Messi and one is nothing like the other.”Quotes emerged on Sunday of Higuain reportedly branding three-time Ballon d’Or winner Ronaldo “

//
However, Napoli have insisted the Argentinian didn’t make the comments.

“Napoli and Higuain categorically deny ever he has been granted an interview with ‘Don Balon. Therefore the sentences attributed to Higuain are considered false and without any foundation.”
