Eldee, together with other signed artistes on Trybe Records; Eva, Sheyman, Rukus, K9, Sojay, Aramide, and Sarz embarked on a summer Olympics UK tour recently.
The purpose of the tour was to promote the new artistes and also to prepare them for the world stage. All the artistes got to perform to some of the largest audiences gathered during the 2012 olympics including the Africa village at Hyde park, African-Carribbean Business Expo, Africa fashion week in London and many more.
Both the existing and the new Trybe Records' artistes thrilled audiences at every show with their performances and got rave reviews from online and offline media. Kanya King, the founder of MOBO Awards in the UK, was present at one of the events and had this to say; "K9 is a very talented artist, he is surely one to watch out for in the afrobeat genre. I am really excited about the prospects of this young and energetic artist".
The Trybe Records crew were said to have rented a luxury mansion in the Stanmore area of north London while touring the UK and had a series of celebrity parties with top UK celebs in attendance.
