Motherhood may be taking its toll on her but award-winning singer, Adele's album 21 is still recording huge success.

The album has for the second time being named the best-selling record, the last time such feat was recorded was in 1983 and 1984; with Michael Jackson's Thriller.

She sold 5.8million albums in 2011 and 4.4million in 2012.
