9 year-old Nigerian girl writes a book on Terrorism.

Splendour Joe Abisoye, a 9-year-old pupil of Unique Blossom School, Maitama, Abuja stunned not a few people after she wrote and presented a book on terrorism.
The book titled “Effects of Terrorism on Children” was presented at the Defence Headquarters ‎today. 
Splendour who was inspired by her visit to an IDP camp in the North said the mindset of some children there have been conditioned into believing that joining the Boko Haram sect will give them security of life.‎

The young writer who was accompanied by her parents, Rev. and Mrs. Joe King Abisoye to the Army Headquarters however believes that education can go a long way in guaranteeing a terror-free society.‎

Receiving the book, General Olukolade commende applauded her brilliance and commended her parents for their support and encouragement to write the book.

“This is the type of encouragement we should give to our children. We will continue to encourage you and others that have this same talent. If you keep it up, you will be one of the greatest authors in the world.”‎ He said
